Water-cooled Cooling System
In the past, the water-cooled cooling system was used to absorb heat from a heat source by flowing refrigerant into the flow path formed through securing airtightness by welding metal work pieces together and transferring the heat to the chiller using a pump, so that the chiller cools the refrigerant. The cooling unit was all made of metal.
The Glolinx cooling system is less expensive, lighter, mass-produced, and has improved freedom of shape by reducing the quantity of metal work pieces. This works using a new method of securing airtightness based on the surface treatment of metal work pieces and engineering plastic injection molding, and has immediate commercial application.
The many problems caused by high heat generation due to high capacity, high speed, and high integration in the industrial server and personal server sectors cannot be sufficiently solved by the existing air-cooling method alone, so we are now developing a new water-cooling system while applying it to mass production.
